How did the hobby start?
Together with a business-partner I bought a Chevrolet Corvette Stingray (1972) and a Cadillac Sedan de Ville (1967) early '90.
In 1992 we urgently needed a second car because our son was in hospital, so my wife and I could releave each other. By accident I saw a strange yellow car; an AMC Gremlin 1974. After a few months our son came home. We loved the little AMC so much, we dicided to keep it. This is the first car of the whole AMC Collection. A few years later my partner and I split the collection. I got the cars, my friend the Harley's. I sold the Chevrolet Corvette, but the Cadillac Sedan de Ville is still part of the collection. Even a Coupe and a Cabrio (1976) joint the collection.
After the Gremlin I found a Concord Wagon, futher a Pacer Wagon and so on. The whole collection now exists of about 55 Rambler AMC cars.
